Every month, Banana Frog hosts a challenge, and the theme for February is...you guessed it...Love! Read more about it (and see a sweet card idea) here: February Challenge - Love. You need to create a layout, card or project using Banana Frog stamps and post the image on your blog (leave a comment with a link here), in the Banana Frog Flickr group, or in the Banana Frog Facebook group. The challenge closes on February 23rd, and a winner will be selected on the 28th to receive 2 sets of Banana Frog stamps! How's that for spreading the love?
I created a very simple card to pay homage to my sweetie this Valentine's Day:
Patterned paper and chipboard are from Scenic Route Paper Co.'s Loveland line. I accented the chipboard sentiment with a stamped flourish from Banana Frog's Swirls set. I stamped it directly onto the patterned paper with Versamark ink, sprinkled with clear embossing powder, and heat set it for a subtle, elegant detail.
i love the swirl and everything about it.
it's perfect, MJ- like always:)
really... i'm not lying.
