Initially, I suffered enormous withdrawal symptoms... but luckily, I was not ashamed to read them all again (and again). After the third time, I decided it was time to get my life back so put them on the shelf. (Also partly because my fiance threatened to burn them). But now it's been about a month since I finished book 4 for the third time... and I'm thinking it might be time to re-read Twilight :)

Garbage? LOL! I'm not into vampires and I wasn't so sure at first about this series but when my dd got the first one for Christmas I decided to take the plunge. So glad I did! STILL waiting for my turn for book #3 at the library....it's been TOO long lol. And yeah, it was cool to see Stephenie in the cafe.

I am 34, and I am not ashamed to admit that I was in your exact position last summer. Once I read the series and watched the movie several times, I decided that I needed to move on and find something new to read. I ended up with the Charlaine Harris/Sookie Stackhouse series--it is like Twilight, but definitely for adults. The writing is great and the stories are entertaining (plus, there are currently nine books in the series, so it will keep you busy for a while!)

Have you read the draft of "Midnight Sun" on Stephenie's website? It's a 'must read' for all Edward groupies. "Twilight" from Edward's point of view. 220 pages online and also very addicting.

Welcome back, Mary! We've missed you :) You make me laugh :)

Wendi Roppolo

Yeah. So with ya: I quickly transferred my obsession over to Rob as well and I, too, was OK with it b/c I knew I was in company! lol
After you read Midnight Sun, go here http://twilightandliteracy.webs.com/
This is NOT written by Stephanie Meyer but it is a continuation of Edward and bella's story and is is VERY well-written. It kinda gives you some 'closure' with the characters!
